What FICO Score Do You Need to Get a Great Business Credit Card
What credit score do you need to get a great business credit card? www.allcards.com/credit-score-required-business-credit-card/
That question came up recently. I searched the internet using our good friend Mr. Google, but the results it returned were wrong.
Some of the biggest credit card sites that Google seems to love claim you need a score of at least 690 or even 700 to get a business credit card. Even worse, they didn't explain the basis for their claim.
So, we dug into actual FICO score data to come up with an answer.

When we hit $1 Million last 2 years it felt good but was kind of anti climatic. We also just keep living our simple lifestyle - none of our neighbors or friends would even guess our financial situation. However, despite market gains, our portfolio has seeing great decline. Seeking to improve it and maximize returns.

Putting well-earned money into the stock market can be over emphasized for first-time investors, unlike a bank where interest is sure thing! Well, basically times are uncertain, the market is out of control, and banks are gradually failing. I am working on a ballpark estimate of $5M for retirement, and I have a good 6-figure loaded up for this, could there be any opportunity for a boomer like me? I'm nearly 60.

If you're new to investing or don't have much time, it's best to get advice from an expert. Investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. I've learned this from my own experience.

Yeah, financial advisors could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2019, and I return at least $121k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.

Chase approved for me for an Ink business unlimited. According to MyFICO, my scores are all 850. My limit is 18k which is weird with 20k being within 2k lol Was also approved for a Truist business cash card with a 15k limit. Surprisingly the hard inquiries didn't affect my scores. Very interesting.

I was advised to diversify my portfolio among several assets such as stocks and bonds since this can protect my inherited portfolio of about $2.5m. I’m used to just buying and holding assets which doesn’t seem applicable to the current rollercoaster market plus inflation is catching up with my portfolio. I’m really worried about survival after retirement.

It's often true that people underestimate the importance of financial advisors until they feel the negative effects of emotional decision-making. I remember a few summers ago, after a tough divorce, when I needed a boost for my struggling business. I researched and found a licensed advisor who diligently helped grow my reserves despite inflation. Consequently, my reserves increased from $275k to around $750k.

My scores are 797 and 818. I've had the same two cards for over 40 years. I only have a narrow credit history no car,, house or personal loans ever. One way to raise your score is to have lower usage levels. Paying the balance off a couple of times a month keeps that usage percentage down.

I think Obamacare greatly affected those under 35, bc they weren’t responsible for their healthcare premiums. The burden was instead placed on the parents up until the age of 25. That’s not something my parents had to pay. Those extra healthcare insurance premiums would have been invested in retirement savings. An extra 7 years where savings was reduced.

Im not convinced these stats are accurate. My wife and I are in our early 60's and our net worth is approximately 1.75 million. We aren't tremendous savers and not very effective investors either, our average earnings over the years probably was much less than $100,000 combined annually. We just put our money in the bank, lived below our means and clipped coupons and practiced other means of saving throughout our 40 years of marriage. We've managed to amass much more than your stats show. I think Americans are much wealthier than they are willing to share with others.

Most people either do not understand the power of compound interest, or are just impatient. For the average Joe, however. I think it is just best to invest in the S&P 500, and just wait, which is reliable, albeit extremely long-lots of years. Or just use a professional analyst and speed up wealth creation. Most people underestimate the power of the latter

I agree with you. I started out with investing on my own, but I lost a lot of money. I was able to pull out about $200k after the 2020 crash I invested the money using an analyst, and in seven months, I raked in almost $673,000

I'm actually interested in this idea of investing through an analyst. Sounds like the most sensible thing to do in the market right now. Could you give me a pointer to who you work with, please?

I did the transition to Credit Karma and was disappointed, so I deleted my data and account, as once you say "yes" to the transition you can no longer access your Mint account. I really just want a one-stop app for tracking the balances on all my accounts without having to log into separate apps for each Bank or Credit Card company. I will give Empower a try.

What is the net debt of the net worth? How much will the net worth drop when a depression hits and takes 20 years, or more to bounce back? Remember when we went from gold currency to paper? There was a depression. Paper is about to be replaced and another depression will hit.

Can I confirm if I’m correct please: for 2023 if we filed mfj and both have 401k at work, our agi is above the 136,000, we can’t contribute to the traditional IRA for 2023? What other plan can we contribute to reduce the taxable income? Thanks

Great information. Can I make a suggestion? Your video blocks so much of the critical information that you are trying to share, would it be possible to make your video smaller, a circle, or no video while talking about the graph and corresponding information?

On your graphs, you have to see them as progressive things--Me, at 60+ have to look at the graph of folks in their 30's at the point of 30 years ago, the graph of folks in their 50s at the point 10 years back and so forth. So these graphs tell me where I fell behind and where I caught up. Great. But someone currently in their 40s can't look at the graph of 45-54 and say in 1989 they should have had *this* amount. No, they should have been broke like everyone else in 1989 who was 10 years old...
